About The Dugout
The best baseball help is out there. It's just scattered.
Why this exists
Every coach and baseball parent has done it: you see something in a swing, a ground ball or a kid's face after a game, and you go looking for help. You find a clip here, a thread there, a drill someone swears by. Some of it is great. Most of it doesn't tell you whether it fits the problem in front of you.
The Dugout started as my own library: hundreds of resources saved over years of coaching and watching youth baseball. It's now organized around the problems people actually bring to the field, not around where the content came from.
Nothing here is published just because it exists. Each Guide pulls the strongest ideas from the library into one clear plan: what to look for, what to try, and when to leave it alone. Pathways open one at a time, when there's enough trustworthy help behind them.
