Hitting
Drop Body, Not Hands
When the pitch is lower, adjust with the legs — not by dumping the hands — and stay strong through contact.
Practice
Build a 90–120 Minute Youth Practice
A practice you can run this week: the structure, the timing, the stations and the coach math — built so every player gets reps.
Players & Parents
The Car Ride Home
The twenty minutes after a game can shape how a kid feels about baseball more than the game itself.
Fielding
The Youth Infielder’s Footwork Progression
“Work on your footwork” isn’t coaching. It’s a category. Break the play into stages, find the one that breaks down, and build from there.
Hitting

“Dropping the hands” is an observation, not a diagnosis. Before you tell a young hitter to keep his hands up, make sure the hands are actually the problem.
